Podcast Design Brief

First and Fourth is the name of our new podcast. We are two firefighters that have started a podcast. Our plan is to talk about our profession with a slant towards leadership. First and Four is a play on words that has a football connotation. We would like to incorporate a drawn firefighter in typical gear that mimics a referees arm signing. See the example below. There is no need for any football icons in the design.
