Brochure Design Brief

I need to make a brochure/catalogue that represent our company, telling our clients what we do, our values, fields of industry that we taken care of, so they know who we are, what we did, and how we do it.
I do have a logo and simple brochure design before that i really need to upgrade (i will give it as an example on this attachment).

What I want in the new design is :
1. More pictures and little bit of explanation in each industry we work with.
2. Attractive design that make people LOOK at the brochure and not just throw it in the trash.
3. Still use the combination color of the company logo itself, which is Golden Brown.
