Web Design Brief

Simple web design - have logo and design elements in a Power Point format. Someone from Design Crowd did the art work last year. Looking to use the design elements to have background and other for the website. Home page and then 5 or six tabs. Copy on each page likely 250 words or less. Regarding coding - we will being updates quarterly to the web pages so not sure how this best done so please advise. Will want to provide the website to our DNS hosting company who will manage it.
