Web Design Brief

We have color scheme, logo and content, but need a design options in PDF format for the website. The PDF should guide us in how to use the color scheme and fonts in the site design (what background colors to use where, what link and hover colors to you, when to use which fonts...)

Helios Energy Investments wants a conservative and straightforward website design that is in line with the banking industry. At the same time, Helios wants the design to be innovative and cutting-edge in line with the renewable energy industry. Overall, the site design must be present the company as professional, serious, knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, and successful as well as a global good citizen.

Requirements

Must have

• The color scheme is attached.
  The logo is attached.
  Fonts are Questrial and Cormorant (as used in logo).
  The site must use these colors and fonts and logo design.
  
  The 2 pages we need designed are the homepage and the portfolio page.
  Homepage - The portfolio map on the homepage will be an image like with hotspots that link to portfolio items. This map image might go well with logo:

  But we would need to zoom in on Israel and EU, and leave out US / Asia-Pacific.

  Portfolio Page - The portfolio map there will be a Google Map/

Nice to have

• The content for the site is attached as a Word Doc, and much of it is in place at http://heliosfund.com.dedi1675.your-server.de/. The design must fit this content, but we are open to some layout changes.

  • innovative, unique design with welcoming, appealing, modern feel
  • engaging content display by using parallax and subtle movement
  • clean, intuitive, easy to navigation layout
