Logo Design Brief

We are building a townhome project overlooking the Fraser River, British Columbia. We were thinking a logo with an osprey about to catch a fish but no fish in the logo. The main colour of the homes are 'evening blue' (Hardie plank colour) with lighter gray trims. The design doesn't necessarily have to incorporate those colours.
