Signage Design Brief
Our building is drab but very visible and in the best location. We need a great sign for our monolith that overlooks downtown LA and the 100 freeway. We are a new CoWorking business and would like to have a few things we do on the sign: private offices, virtual offices, CoWorking Lounge. Everything we have seen is ho-hum. Can you get us noticed? We need people to know what we do and that we are here but in a creative, professional, unique sign.
Target Market(s)
People who have a business in DTLA, remote workers and those who work from home who need a professional address.

Requirements
Must have
- Our logo (which can be somewhat reimagined) which has our address 1001 on it. The three things we focus on: Private Offices, Virtual Offices, CoWorking Lounge. Incorporate some Navy. Readable from several hundred feet away.
Nice to have
- Mural feel? Something inspirational in this crazy COVID times? Graphics? Color block. I like the idea of decorative but it has to be readable as a building sign. The same with the use of colors. Our colors are grays and navy but with a pop of the chartreuse (we have 2 velvet chartreuse chairs in the space). Helpful to view our website: Wilshire1001.com.
Should not have
- Not too graffiti. Keep it professional but unique and wow.
