Menu Design Brief

I'm looking for a MENU design with a particular feel. I want to have a base template made that I can then use for future alterations to the menu; ie I can go in and change out different entrees as the menu changes but the template will remain the same. (Ideally it would be in an Apple Pages format.). Also ideally - dinner menu will occupy 2 pages 8.5 x 11. The restaurant's name is Union. It is a MODERN steak house that will also feature Sushi, a Raw Bar, Exquisite Cocktails and a sophisticated nightlife crowd. I have attached our LOGO, a secondary logo that we will be featuring throughout the project including on the menu cover (the gold U). Finally - I have attached the content that we would like to see. AGAIN - I REITERATE: High end dining and lounge atmosphere. A couple of restaurants / menus that I love are Balthazar in NYC and Insignia Steakhouse in Long Island NY. Please do not duplicate - just trying to offer some suggestions.
