Packaging Design Brief
We are redesigning our packaging for Dirtballs energy bites, a healthy snack for people who want to build a better world. This brand is about action, health, and authenticity
Right now we need mockups of 4 different packaging aesthetics to survey customers about. We will then pick a winner and create a final design.
The four aesthetics are:
1. Hipster-ish
2. Vaporwave/retro
3. Kid-friendly
4. Hippy Snacks
We were working with a graphic designer who unfortunately passed away. We're hoping you can pick up where he left off. He completed a mockup for the hipster aesthetic, and a concept sketch for kid friendly.
The brand archetype for dirtballs is Jester/Outlaw. Dirtball enthusiasts question mainstream assumptions about the world. We want to create better systems of spiritual actualization, and have as much fun as possible doing it.
Important points for the packaging:
-Drink water, breathe air, eat dirt
-Dates, Papaya, coconut
-Simple whole food ingredients
-Soft & chewy
-Made by humans
These will be custom printed, so don't feel constrained to the brown kraft paper. it can be any color we imagine. It important to have the window on the pouch, though.
