i would only receive all the logo on the the last day of projects or how do i check on when the logo will be posted to me?

Upon awarding the project, the winning designer will pack all relevant files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI etc.) into two separate folders (one is SOURCE and the other is PRINT) and these will be converted to Zip format (zipped down) and then uploaded to the server here on Design Crowd. After that, it will be a simple case of you clicking on the download links that will appear on your Design Crowd interface.

It is a painless process and you'll find most designers very willing to assist if you run into difficulty.

If you had plans to have your design printed (business card, letterhead etc.) then your printer company would be happy to receive several of these file types (PDF is quite popular with many printer companies) and the files would also be well received by any designer responsible for your website/social media.

I may have a problem as I only have 1 more day to approve payment.
Im still communicating with my designer to upload the correct file. What happens if the file was not loaded and I pass my 1 day?
