Dear Designer,
this is a chance to create a logo for an initiative that can impact on our world.

THE LOGO WILL GO ON internal woven labels of apparel and textiles.
No business cards, no T-SHIRT logo... just on sewn labels with care instruction

We need a logo design "restyling" for a textile initiative called SEAWARE.
The current logo has been used in one trial production, and now we are ready to proceed.
But we faced some difficulties when the logo is reduced to small sizes and woven on labels. (see below)

The logo is “BY SEAWARE”:
- by will be small
- SEAWARE will be big

The name shall recall SEA and AWARE, that merged create SEAWARE

The brand SEAWARE will have several meaning:
SEA-WARE: things for the sea;
SEA AWARE: we are aware of how plastics impact the sea.

SEAWARE is a set of fibers, recycled, coming from recycled polyester gathered from the sea, or more generally, any other fiber that can have a positive impact on sea pollution.

We already have a starting logo (attached) so with this project we are looking either:
- a better version of the same logo; OR
- a new proposal

CRITERIA OF SELECTION // DISCARD
1) Lines shall be tick
Logo will be woven on apparel labels, so too thin lines will have a bad effect (see attachments)
We are creating this new logo because the current logo, when woven on textile product labels, it appears very poor. So please consider proposal that have a thicker lines.

2) Logo shall be readable
Avoid small details that will not be visible when woven. Avoid letters with 2 colors (like SEA in black and AWARE in blue, where the A is a mix of 2 colors: it will be crap when woven)
Logo must be readable also when it is

3) Logo shall be compatible with printing near other brands’ logos
Seaware logo will be placed on other brands label.
Our initiative is not a brand FOR A PRODUCT, but FOR A FIBER of another product.
Imagine the label of TOMMY HIL****ER or NIK* or ADI**AS: it shall have the brand logo, and below the "SEAWARE initiative".
Seaware logo shall be secondary to any other logo.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
a) povide a standard version of the logo
b) provide also 1 color version (black)
c) provide an image reduction to 105x35 pixels (excluding the TM)
