Logo Design Brief
Denver based Property Management and real estate sales firm that helps renters find a good home and helps landlords make top dollar for their property. Focused on treating our tenants with respect and providing a luxury and/or quality rental home or townhome. Need a logo that says luxury, but also a company that we can trust to take care of my home. Or as a tenant renting, a company that I can trust.
We also do residential sales and help the mid-market, as well as the luxury market. Again, trust is a big thing in our business. Please feel to be as creative as you feel and have fun with it. Thanks for the consideration. All the best to you.
The attachment is an old logo that I inherited from the previous owner. I like the color, but not married to the font or anything else about the logo.
