Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and business card for a new insurance agency, providing insurance to individuals, families and small businesses. We are looking to bring a youthful energy to the industry, but still have a professional look. We prefer grays, greens or blues, and are open to dark orange and gold (no red). We also would like the logo easily put in black & white.
The final design should communicate to our clients that our agency is responsible, prepared & confident.
Protecting Your Prosperity is our tagline and is not necessary to include, but is an option to add.
