I am little confused because of the call to action button requirement! ...how do you want the design to be ? Are you expecting an image ? where you going to use it ? Do you have any size requirement or anything?

I will use infographic for PR and also on my website (on this guide: "how-do-title-loans-work/")
You don't need to use this call to action as a button... Just use it as a call to action at the end of the infographic to motivate client to apply online. Not as an image... Text (simple text). Size requirement -> Should be normal size (Don't use ALL CONTENT) make it attractive and professional.

I would like to clear some issues:
The disclaimers: All of them needs to appear on the bottom (the bottom of the infographic).
I will add a REVISED doc that contains all necessary details. Please try to keep it clean without too much info (text). Try to be creative as possible.
