Flyer Design Brief

I need a two-sided flyer (3.5" x 8.5" preferred or 5" x 7") to distribute to potential coaching clients. My business name is Sebring Health & Wellness Coaching. My business is focused on helping people with habit changes that contribute to their overall well-being. I would like the design colors to be gender neutral. I would like a small photo of myself near the "my name is Amy" statement. Please feel free to change the logo color to match the design.
