Logo Design Brief

We will be an Irish / Austrian Café based in a ski (winter) / hiking (summer) resort in Austria. We have an old large oral shaped iron hanging shield for outside the building that was used for the name of restaurants / Inns that we want to re-use. We would like to create our own Leprechaun for this as an eye catching / fun logo and also use it as our main logo and for our business card. Samples of how he would like him to look are attached, except we would like him to be holding a cup of coffee! We like the idea of the name of the Café in a semi circle over him and the slogan under him.
