Nublan, I mistook your question. The boy on the hill is holding a signal flag usually called a wig way flag, per my other note. There is a second, quite small boy scout in the town holding a pair of binoculars and a radio. He looks like a tree in the drawing I made. As you can see, I'm not very good. I would like two or three small boy scouts each facing a different direction. For example, one at the firehouse could be facing the farm. A boy scout at the second, distant cabin might be looking at the foreground cabin.
