Word Template Design Brief

We need a word template design for delivering content to our clients. Our firm evaluates people and talent within a business and then provides information back to our clients. Many of the deliverables are word based. But there are charts, org charts, occasionally graphs (for example feedback scores or ratings), and tables that collate comparative information. The data needs to be clear and clean. Colors need to work for both evaluative information (red/yellow/green) and non-evaluative (dark blue to light blue). We'd like to make sure that we include our logo and be able to create a clean table of contents. Most of the design/text should be black/blue with colors for different sections/content.
