Logo Design Brief

We need a redesign of our current logo. The new logo should have the same design concept of our name "Encounter" but the "o" in it should resemble a vector similar to a monstrance (https://www.google.com/search?q=monstrance&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS813US813&sxsrf=ACYBGNSmNwaBNikSscL5sPRqX4rY6RECPg:1579799073213&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi73MyUmprnAhXEKM0KHWi3CqcQ_AUoAXoECBMQAw&biw=1606&bih=1106).

We want the new design to have a corresponding circle or square marching logo that incorporates the mentioned vector. Inside the vector "O" should have the letters E M. We are open to new ideas here as well. This should be thick enough for embroidery purposes.

We are open to new color styles. We would like the font to be serif based.

This should be designed and delivered in .PSD format with transparent background.
