Logo Design Brief

Hi all.
We need a Logo designed for a new to market Premium Liqueur Product.
The logo will need to incorporate the Byron Bay Lighthouse as it will be made in Byron Bay Australia, you could also included some sort of Australian Iconography like the Australian Map Outline or one of our Indigenous Animals like the Kangaroo.
The logo will appear on the attached bottle which is quite long and thin so this needs to borne in mind when formulating your brilliant ideas.
It needs to convey a Premium Feel (black and gold is always good) without being Snooty and Over Priced.
This product will be focused primarily at our export market so the more Australian you can make it the better.
The Brand is: 'Lighthouse Liqueurs'
Sub Text is: 'Premium Australian Liqueurs'
Flavour is: 'Caramel Chocolate'
