Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new up and coming safety company called "Great Southern Services" We service the construction, oil and gas, warehousing, trade, services and mining industries in regards to professional safety management systems and innovative yet practical solutions to safety challenges for all businesses. I would like to tie in colours red and black or alternatively green and yellow. As the staff are a younger demographic -25-32 I would like the design to be exciting and promote supremacy and commitment to safety. And still maintain a professional presentation for the corporate world. I would like to incorporate our Latin Motto of "Imperii Salus" which means Supremacy through Safety.
