Consulting business to partner with leadership to (a) find their guiding mission and goals, (b) work with them to build the team, resources and procedures needed to reach those goals, and (c) guidance and assistance to help them stay on the path needed to reach the goal. Act as a business Sherpa to tell the owners what the pack and the best routes to the top of the mountain
