Logo Design Brief

Logo needed for brand new community! River House is a luxury apartment community under construction on the riverfront in Wilmington, Delaware. The 6-story building will be mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartment homes, totaling 150 units. The concept behind the community is to “activate” the waterfront and to provide a live/work/play community for residents. Amenities will include a river park, kayak launch, fire pit, pool and terrace, volleyball and bocce courts, and a 6th floor hang out space with a river view.<br/>The winning logo design will become the branding for the apartment community and all associated leasing and management efforts.<br/>We would like to see logos primarily comprising text; font is going to be the most important element. We are open to use of graphic element along with type, however, if used, it should be low profile and not too large.<br/>Please avoid use of cattail imagery; we have existing properties that utilize this graphic element and we are after a unique look and feel for this new property. <br/>Renderings are provided for you to get a feel for the look of the exterior/interior of the community.<br/>We look forward to seeing your designs!<br/>
