Graphic Design Brief

I work as an independent contractor with a larger consulting firm named "the Table GRoup" https://www.tablegroup.com/ I need a simple infographic that visually explains the 3 stages of our client engagement, and their respective steps and objectives. Im inclined to use a "subway" map system design (Ive included a a draft overview of the content (in PPT and a PDF) and b) a few sample subway style infographics. I

Nice to have

• 1) the more consistent the font and colors are with the table group website, the better https://www.tablegroup.com
• 2) if its possible to have all 3 "subway lines" collapse into a single timeline, that would be cool.
• 3) If its possible to add a visual timeline that shows each stage taking approx 3 to 6 months, also cool.
• 4) in stage 3, Im not sure about whether to use the actual book pictures or simply the titles of each book at a "subway stop" circle.
