Word Template Design Brief

We need a new MS Word Template. <br/>Our activity is services in IT (network infrastructure and security). We usually use french language. <br/>The template must be nice and beautiful, and easy to use. If possible, try to use as less as possible text zones to simplify redaction tasks. And try to use "native" polices in MS Word. I attached sample documents for example. Please try to use the same colour codes.
