Logo Design Brief

I coach a High School Girls Varsity Basketball team and my coaching staff and I have been together for 5 years now. It's pretty unique because we're an all female staff, the only one in the area. Parents and people in the community have referred to us as "The Dream Team" for the last couple of seasons now and we wanted to get a fun logo design that we could use on some apparel. Our school colors are Cardinal, black, white, and gray.

The logo could either include the name in a creative way "The Dream Team" or it could be a cool symbol, I'm open to some options!
