Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new start up called "Boltd Solutions" based in Toronto.
We are a consulting firm and work with big corporations across multiple industries. Our responsibilities is to advise them with new solutions for their problems based on Technology and Strategy Consulting.
Boltd in our name is a mix of:
- Bolt: Rapid and immediate solutions/engagement (lightning Blot)
- Bold: Smart Solutions, out of classics and known solutions
- Bolted: Our client will be ready to "escape" with a turn key solution, we do not build dependencies

We like the colors red and white but are open to other colors. Red is definitely a favorite. The logo should represent what the company does in a luxurious and mature way.
We specialize in Modern Solutions, adapted to future and disruptive management , so a logo that is modern, tech, innovative and mature is exactly what we are looking for.
