Flyer Design Brief
I want an 8.5" x 11" double sided flyer advertising our the project you have already made a teaser brochure package for. (NOTE: I will also be asking for a very similar project with all of the same information, just of a different size. Please conduct these at the same time as much as possible, as I will be paying for both.) This one will be solely about the hospital building, not the senior living or retail parts. We will show the site plans of all of the pieces, but the important parts are the big L shaped building. I included the site plan again, but we wanted to see if you could edit this a few ways. If you can't, let me know and I will reach out to the architect doing the design.
Try and take out all of the words inside of the buildings, or more simply the labels. We want to use only the color-coded legend as identifying the buildings. Next, the smaller, L-shaped two colored building in the middle left side of the site plan; Try and take out that orange color and make it all one color showing it Assisted Living Type A. You can use that legend maybe that you did for the Thrive at Ocean Pines Teaser Package that you made before. I attached that here as well.
Use the uses that are going to go into the building from page 4 of the Thrive Teaser. For more information about the building, use the other Teaser file you made for specifics. I do not want an actual map of the location, just that site plan. Logos for the flyer will be Sina Companies and Atlantic General Hospital. Do not use Thrive. Use the contact information setup like on the brochure files you created and I attached.
