Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo design for a new coaching venture. Coaching is not limited to just one-off clients, but will look to engage with executive and corporate leaders for team building exercises and possible keynote speaking opportunities. Looking for a professional looking logo that communicates synergy... the working together with someone to attain a goal. My passion is to see that "aha" moment in people's lives when they realize potential and overcome the obstacles they never thought they could get over. Simple and minimalistic preferred. I would like to not have images of wells even though that meaning can be inferred. My ultimate goal is to help people live well and try to convey that graphically.
