Logo Design Brief

I'm wanting the doll from this design front and center as my flagship mascot with a female variant as well for future women's apparel designs so basically a male and then a separate female version. this is for an urban clothing apparel based in Louisiana U.S.A. Our brand is heavily influenced by the voodoo and mardi gras culture of our region thus the use of the voodoo doll in our logo. But we want to be a official brand with instant recognition so we are seeking out a designer or even designers to help bring a company mascot to life we already have a company logo see included example picture for reference its the actual mascot that we need. so let your creative juices fly again we appreciate all who take the time out to participate and submit their visions of our project.
