All of my people here absolutely LOVE your design! Yes I will definitely raise the budget. However i have 2 other designers that plan to give it a try. If you are chosen, which right now I think you definitely will, I will add additional moneys to the budget.

Also, the picture I uploaded is a jpg as you know. I have a higher quality picture (same picture) that I can upload if you think it's necessary. But as I see it now it looks great. Give me a few hours to evaluate the other entries and I'll get back to you. You're very talented.

Yes, Katrina is right the budget is too low.
Designers and musicians are all artists and we should support eachother.
It's really hard work and time-consuming to design a good cover as well as hard work is play gig :)
