Newspaper Ad Design Brief

I need a new add made up. This was my last ad:

I do not really care of Realtor advertisements because they are just so cheesy and rather pompous-like. However, it's a necessary evil
My ads have always been outside of the box and/or visually sharp.

I have yet to think of a tagline for my new company:
I have been thinking of " Luxury Services For All Things Real Estate"

Or nothing at all ??? I don't care for tag lines but then again that's part of the business
