Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our physio practice. It will be used on T-shirts/polo shirts and also on the glass front door, and must also work well scaled up to be included on a large sign on the outside wall of the building. Also needs to be used on white backgrounds- stationary, business cards etc. We like aqua and white perhaps. Design to reflect movement or active healthy living.
