Logo Design Brief

My company's name is Global Recourse and I am the Senior Consultant and sole employee. When I founded the company in 2017. I chose the name Global Recourse I chose the name Global Recourse for the following reasons: Global - as I am working globally or for global organizations. Recourse - a source of help in a difficult situation and the association of option, possibility, alternative, possible course of action, resort, way out, place/person to turn to, source of assistance, available resource, hope, remedy, choice, expedient; refuge .
I provide business consultancies and work with organisations who on transformation and change. I often look at standard operating procedures, draw up policies and processes and look into making these become alive and engage people I have a lot of energy and am quite dynamic. People like working with me because I drive things forward, am optimistic, have a positive outlook on life and a growth mindset which I strongly believe in not only for me as a person but also for the organisations I work for. I work mainly in the Civil Society Sector (Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid) but would also work for the private sector in future. I am providing business consultancy for change and transformation. I have worked as Interim Head of Global Security and Wellbeing Operations Consultant and strongly believe that wellbeing and security are inextricably linked to keep people safe and secure, resilient and support a healthy organisation. I also stress the importance of seeing the interdependency of strategically integrating wellbeing and security into an organisation's strategic goals and supporting that through people oriented management. In a consultancy role I have worked at Interim Head of Global Security, Wellbeing Operations Consultant and am currently working with an organisation to support them getting more agile/flexible which will encompass security, wellbeing, an culture change. I am also a pro bono mentor helping people to see and live their full potential, dare to be and grasp ideas and be curious to seek opportunities. Pretty much what I love organisations to do when they are hiring me. Spread the wings and fly.

Requirements

Must have

• I am looking for a logo that reflects a positive attitude, space, curiosity/exploration, moving forward, growth, possibility/opportunity. It needs to be dynamic. In colour, in shape.

Nice to have

• I love the saying "Phoenix from the ashes". Phoenix is also associated with the sun and the latter to warmth, brightness and space. The attached pic if used could be more abstract and dynamic.
• I like the colours green, turquoise, red and yellow but am happy to be led by the choice of the designer.
