Brochure Design Brief

My firm, HCD Technology, has been asked to submit a proposal for a large recruiting effort to a perspective client. I have attached the draft outline of the content, pictures of our team, and our logo files. I am looking for help turning this into a professional looking proposal that helps us win the work!NOTE:The attached document is just an outline. I tried to separate pages by stating "PAGE BREAK." Titles are underlined. That said, you have the flexibility to do what you want to make it look good!
