T-shirt Design Brief

Would love a kitschy and fun design for my 24/7 gym. Would like the logo (attached) worked into a diner style backdrop showing "Open 24 Hours" and the words "midwest made" mixed in. I will attach a few images to give some inspiration. No cars. Think barbell or weights. Neon colors (yellow for our Heartland Strength logo) and pink/red and blue. Please only 3 colors max for printing cost.
