Logo Design Brief

Looking for a fresh new logo that would be easy to place over a variety of images and photos. I would like to take a picture of a machine or industrial tool and then place my image of the logo on the photo. I would normally place this image in a corner of the image depending on where it does not interfere with the machine in the image. This logo will also appear in my website, print media, business card and print media.
