Are you asking how many pages I need total? Or how many pages I need to pick a design? If you are picked as the winner we will need as many pages are currently existing on the serrapeptase.org website. If you are asking how many pages I need to pick a winner I'd say 2-4 pages. As far as naming the pages, I don't think that is important as we can rename the index pages ourselves after we pick a winner.

Upon checking your brief I want to say one thing.

As your site is heavy content based I think if you use WordPress for the content part and blog part and then use Woo Commerce for the shooing part then your expense will be low.
As well as if you use Shopify you may not have the DB and file backup later.

At the same time Shopify has limitation for content part.One more important thing is that plugins, widgets etc. in Shopify is expensive than other platforms.

We have Shopify coders in our team, and we can build the site from the scratch. But for that the budget mentioned here is not enough.

The CMS Shopify is what my coders want to use. I made the same argument as you, but they insisted it must be Shopify to integrate with our existing sync system.

However, I would like to comment that your winning price for this project is rather too low. Designing and building Shopify website of this type is expensive. Please check properly cost of building a shopify website from scratch.

I would advise you change this contest to design only. Since you have in-house developers, they can develop the site in Shopify. Or, you may hire an agency to build the site for you.
