Vector Design Brief
I am building a writing agency that takes old, boring, stiff language that no one understands, describing processes no one follows, and turns it into current, lively and compelling words people actually feel like reading AND instructions people will follow.
I need an design of what I am doing: my business is called Your Process Lab, and I want a vector design that has the lab-like feeling... with question marks, garbled text and other icons demonstrating confusion going in the left top side of the lab/machine and bright ideas, engagement, momentum and clarity coming out the bottom right side.
I like things with gears (indicates gears turning), lab-like icons... I would like it clean, pure and easily communicating what I am selling. I have existing brand colours (blue and green). The image will be front and centre on my web site as a visual representation of what we offer.
The design should communicate going from confusion, apathy and incomprehension to clarity, excitement and powerful momentum.
I have attached my logo for reference (colour-wise) and a couple of images that I like, that inspire what I am looking for. (I may need to rework the logo so it looks less like a sketch and more solid. the idea of the logo is to show the process that goes on and on, that we upcycle what clients have and make it better). I do not need people in the image (I would prefer none), but I like the gears, I like the icons.. and it needs to show progression from confusion and inaction to clarity, understanding and action.
The language I write in is playful and informal. The design should be serious enough to be taken seriously but still playful. I'm not going to take their stiff language and keep it stiff. I give it life and movement and get people excited. This vector design should do the same. It needs to shake them up in a good way.

Hi there, I was off the project briefly but I'm very keen to now wrap it up. If I've written to you, could you please respond so we can get the project wrapped up and you can get paid? Thank you!
Warmly,
Anne
