Icon Design Brief

We are looking for a simple modern clean icon for a new app we are developing, the app is a Diary, Note Taking and To-Do List with Apple Pencil Support.The icon should have a pen or Pencil in it and should be comprised of no more than 3 colors so as not to be over-fussy.Colors should be a combination of 2 or 3 of the following:Blue Green WhiteGrey BlackIt should instinctively look like what it is a diary / Note Pad to be written on with Pen / Pencil.
