Logo Design Brief

With the company name "EDGE" we would like to have a technology based logo with a 'sharp' or 'cool' image. Not only are we using the logo for website & business card purposes, we are utilizing this to create a brand for overall marketing recognition. We would like to see (1) a text based logo that appears to be slightly 3-D (shading, etc) and (2) a text logo with a cool icon possibly utilizing the letter 'E'.

• What is a must is the emphasis on "EDGE". While our company name is "EDGE Business Systems", people will know us simply by the name "EDGE".

Nice to have

• We would like to see (1) a wordmark logo that appears to be slightly 3-D (shading, etc) utilizing the text "EDGE" (or EDGE Business Systems) or an (2) emblem logo with a cool icon (possibly an abstract of the letter 'E') utilizing the text "EDGE".
