Logo Design Brief
This is a new 39 lot, residential neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We are about mile or two from the water - not beachfront. The homes are starter homes with a nice pool clubhouse facility. I have attached some of the plans. We would like a logo that is beachy, not too modern, but fun, simple and geared toward younger families.
