Logo Design Brief

This logo will be for a vegan department store. It will carry accessories, apparel, footwear, cosmetics and more. There should be something in the logo that symbolizes veganism (like a leaf or something of that nature). I would like to emphasize the words, "By The Way" by making them large and "It's Vegan" small. The first layout that comes to mind is "By The Way" on top and "It's Vegan" on the bottom. It doesn't have to be that way. however. I am open to your creative ideas. I'm looking for a logo that is concise, modern, and easily remembered. The name itself is kind playful, so the logo should allow that aspect to shine. The logo should be inviting to vegans and non-vegans alike. This store will be selling mostly leather-free accessories and footwear.

The attached image is an example I came up with. Notice that the words are all capitalized. Once again, it doesn't have to be that way, but I did think it looked good with that font.

Broad audience. Online shoppers. Young, trendy. Appealing to vegans and non-vegans alike. This store will be selling mostly leather-free accessories and footwear.
