Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new business I am launching. The business is a combination of things. I do consulting to biotech companies that are launching drugs in the area of oncology and rare diseases and I also do health coaching. The logo design should utilize the colors of the ocean and the design should include waves of an ocean. The final design should communicate the power and fluidity of the ocean. It should be elegant and simple. Would like to see vertical and horizontal versions.
