Our company is called Evergreen Health Group and we're based in Plano TX. We manage a chain of nursing homes, rehab, and transitional care centers in Texas and New Mexico. Our role is to ensure that our residents/patients experience a high quality of life in a comfortable setting utilizing the most cutting edge, trailblazing technology. We aim to change the names of our centers to be named after Evergreen Trees.
