Signage Design Brief

We need to real estate sign 24x36 or (24x30 if it fits better) Sign that will be attached to a post at homes that are for sale. I like the style of the Century 21 yard signs I attached and KW sign with the white trim around it. I Also attached my business card with my logo and name. I would like a black sign with white writing. I would also like to see options with my headshot included on the sign, either centered or on the right side. The following text should go on the sign:
