Logo Design Brief

I would like a catchy, creative/innovative yet sophisticated logo and lettering for a new up and coming, travel agency. The online travel agency will market high-end clients that book luxury vacations as well as clients that consult for custom vacations and itineraries for groups and individuals. I have been indecisive as to whether to have the word seven spelled out or to simply use the number 7. 7 waves travel or seven waves travel. Attached are the fonts that I prefer but a, not closed off to different fonts. I would like something that shows elegance but I do not want cursive.
