Logo Design Brief

I need a sign design /LOGO for my Real Estate Company. Mainly selling Homes, but also do some commerical and land sales. I attached two images:I like scrolly "AC" in the first one, but I do like the image of the home with the scrolly words. I am not sure exactly what I want but I love clean.
