Logo Design Brief

Lewis Marine Supply is acquiring Jerrys Marine Service. Each company has their own logo. I would like a new logo which combines the 2 company logos.

Please don't change Jerrys Marine logo too much but modify font and color to align more with Lewis.
Lewis Marine logo should be the bigger logo but we need to include the Jerry's logo as well, maybe smaller and with font and color that works well with Lewis. Please reference the attached color pallet.
