Graphic Design Brief

Simply I want a 'grapgic art / cartoon portrait' of my head.
Not sure what the exact name of the style is, so I added a picture in that style I'm looking.

I got a few pics on Instagram which you could maybe use to make it.

So I would like to have my version (with hair), with a star background equal to the one I added, or if you have better idea. I'm open for creativity.

It's suppose to be used as my facebook picture,
so maybe with drawing with t-shirt, so it's not a 200% zoom-in look on my head :D.
