Logo Design Brief

I am trying to get a logo made for my electric company. This logo needs to be in a pdf format so that the company I use to wrap my truck can print it off their computer. This logo is going to go on my topper doors on my truck. The doors are roughly 2 feet high by 5 feet long. I am gonna need my company name (Tim Harrod Electric LLC), my phone number (502-436-6633), my website (harrodelectric.com), and my master and contractor number on the side (me65501 and ce64946). I would like some time of design in the background of all this stuff. Like lightning bolts. My favorite colors for this would be black, red, and white or black, blue, and white. Any questions let me know.
